A series of tornadoes rolled across multiple states in the south Thursday evening leaving dozens of properties damage and at least 5 people dead.

Tornadoes were reported in Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky, and Mississippi according to CNN.

In Pelham, Alabama as many as 60 homes were damaged leaving city leaders to implement a curfew. Friday morning crews are out in force clearing roadways of debris and fallen trees.
