Kelly is the Administrative Office Manager of the Buffalo Office. She is also a Licensed Public Adjuster and Bookkeeper. She graduated from Erie Community College and attended Buffalo State College’s Business Administration program. Prior to joining NFA, in 2004, Kelly worked as a Branch Operations Supervisor, as well as a teller trainer, at Fleet Bank.
