Stephen joined NFA in 2012 as an Estimator specializing in non-residential building losses. He is a NY State licensed architect and has over 30 years of experience as an architect, construction manager and draftsman. Stephen earned a Masters in Architecture from the University at Buffalo and a B.A. from Trinity College, Hartford in 1987.
